Mission Statement
Devante’ Waites Foundation provides educational achievement projects, mentoring services, and scholarships for middle and high school students to enhance college awareness while giving hands on facilitation of focused driven activities that will lead to a focused driven life. The framework of these programs will be designed to motivate change individually as well as in the community.
Visions Statement
Devante’ Waites Foundation exist to support, encourage, motivate, and give resources to youth of the North Central West Virginia area in transitioning into a successful future.
Goal and Objective
To empower the youth and community to help with the transitioning from middle school to college. The youth are encouraged to focus on skills that will be learned or behaviors to be maintained or changed as they progress by their psychological and physiological needs.
